BATE RELEASES FIRST SINGLE “ONE I LOVE” FEATURING BLAKE ROSE & RADIO3000

BATE comprises of two talented local DJ’s Wai Hong and Ethan as of 2011, and since then has dominated the Kuala Lumpur nightlife circuit. Bringing a different kind of energy to every set they play, a bring-the-house-down mantra drives their approach to dance music.

The duo, christened JUICE magazine’s Best New DJs of 2012, have played alongside the likes of R3hab, Hardwell, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix and Cosmic Gate. They have also played at major events like Future Music Festival Asia (FMFA) 2013 & 2014 which they shared the stage with Deadmau5 + Friends and also at big raves such as Thirst 2013 which they shared the stage with Afrojack, Nervo and David Guetta. They also played for Tiesto’s Club Life 2013.

Internationally, BATE have been booked to play at venues like Octagon in Seoul, MAZE in Melbourne, and Mink in Singapore. On regular weekends, they can be found anchoring Mainroom at ZOUK on Friday nights – arguably the most dynamic nights in Kuala Lumpur nightlife today.

Their new single features Radio3000, a rapper, singer songwriter from California, who’s toured with Tyga, Chris Brown & Blake Rose an uprising star from Australia, currently based in L.A songwriting for the likes of Ryan Tedder, Kid Cudi just to name a few. With a sound that is current to DJs such as Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers, their first single of 2018 is now ready to be heard by the entire world and the boys are excited to shake up the scene once more. The music video for this single was fully shot in Australia which the boys flew over and work with the local talents. From the success of their previous endeavours, BATE is not only making waves but also aims to be the front runners of the nightlight scene in Kuala Lumpur inspiring up and coming DJs across the country.
